Delvaux Brillant PM in black Jumping leather, a very finely grained calf hide. Delvaux is the oldest fine leather luxury goods House in the world. Founded in 1829 by Charles Delvaux in Brussels, Delvaux has been a warrant holder to the Royal Court of Belgium since 1883 ? a title it still holds today. Each Delvaux creation is handmade in our own ateliers in Belgium and France. On the occasion of the 1958 Brussels World Fair, Delvaux created a stir with the launch of a new handbag: the Brillant. Created by designer Paule Goethals, this design quickly developed into one of the showpieces of the various Delvaux collections. Leather flap front handbag with rolled top handle and distinctive "D" buckle closure. Leather logo hangtag at handle and protective leatherworking nails at base.
