Showroom: Come to Us

Bring your items to our showroom for an immediate validation. Our experts will review each item and give you a price estimate. The selected items are authenticated, photographed and placed online from our offices. The item will go on sale for a period of 6 months, after which it will be reduced in price and placed in the sale section. Labellov takes care of the shipping and handling of each item, and you will be paid out after the return period has passed. Please note: Labellov does not store all the bags and accessories in their showroom. Please make an appointment if you want to see a particular bag.

Pick-Up Service: We Come to You

Labellov offers a personal pick-up service for certain brands and bag types. Please schedule an appointment by phone or email. Extensive descriptions and/or detailed pictures of the items may be required before validating for a pick-up appointment.

Pop-up Shops

Labellov hosts seasonal events where you can drop off your bags and accessories. You will be provided with a contract and inventory list of the items you bring in for consignment. These drop-off points are hosted in collaboration with Belgium’s finest high-end stores and events. For a list of upcoming dates and places, please visit the events page.

2. Which brands can I sell?

Not sure what you can sell? We accept handbags, accessories and leather goods from high-end brands such as Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Delvaux, Saint Laurent etc. For a full list of designers, visit our designer overview. We accept scarves from Hermès, unworn shoes by Christian Louboutin, Alaïa, Chanel, Prada, Gucci, Jimmy Choo and Manolo Blahnik, as new suits by Chanel and printed pieces from Hermès. We do not accept other designer clothing and apparel. Please contact our Customer Care team if you have questions about what to sell. Our goal is to sell your luxury items quickly while bringing the best value within the pre-owned luxury market. With our effective merchandising and market reach, 80% of our luxury items sell within 30 days.

3. How does it work?


Receive the highest pay-out and best commission rates. Come to our showroom, send your items to us or schedule an appointment with our fashion advisors to consign your items. Bring or send the original invoices if possible. All items need to be 100% authentic and will be checked and examined by experts. We will list the items online and sell them for you. After a successful sale, you'll receive the amount on your bank account OR receive the amount in a Labellov voucher to spend on luxury treasures on the website.

We value authenticity in the highest form, so please provide us with as much information as possible about your goods (invoices, original dustbag, authenticity cards, ...). We enlist experts to check each item individually.

Direct buy

Certain items are eligable for a direct buy. Chanel classic flap bags, 2.55 reissue bags, Hermès Birkin and Kelly bags etc. may qualify for a direct buy. Please contact the Customer Care team if you are interested.

International clients

Are you an international customer looking to sell through Labellov? We offer an easy and hassle-free way for you to turn your designer bags into cash!

1. Tell us about your items. Complete our consignment form or send an email.
Please try to describe your items specifics: brand, type, suested selling price, fabric, certifications, dustbag etc..
2. Send your items to our offices in Antwerp (Verlatstraat 15 2000 Antwerp, Belgium).
We recommend using an authorized courier service with tracking code.
3. Each item is inspected to verify authenticity and condition.
4. We send you an email with our suggested listing price.
5. Once you agree, your items will be photographed and listed.
6. Your items are sold? You get paid!

4. How Much Money Will I Receive?

60% of the selling price will be deposited onto your bank account after a succesful sale (selling price up to max. 2000 euros).
Have an item to sell that is worth more? You will receive 70% if the selling price is above €2000.
Items with a selling price under €300 are subjected to a 50% commission.

Selling price under €300 = you receive 50% commission

Selling price above €300 and under €2000 = you receive 60% commission

Selling price above €2000 = you receive 70% commission


Chanel handbag = sold for €2000, €1400 for the seller
Hermès scarf = sold for €500, €300 for the seller
Delvaux wallet = sold for €150, €75 for the seller

These commission rates are subject to change.

5. When Do I Receive the Money?

Every sold item has to pass a legal 14 days return period. At least 14 days after payment, your item is paid out to you. Items that are sold are marked ‘sold’ on the site, so you can easily keep track of your items.
Because we have many consignors, we advise you to call or email us on a regular basis to check on the state of your items.

6. What about Authenticity?

The Labellov team has established a loyal and faithful collection of resellers and attracts new ones on a daily basis. Each item in our collection undergoes a rigorous, multi-point inspection process by our expert, in-house authenticators and jewelry specialists. Only items that are backed by our full confidence in legitimacy and authenticity are accepted. Our authentication process begins with thorough inspection. We inspect materials, workmanship, details, any tags, labels, logos, hologram stickers, date and/or serial codes, and identify the time period of each item. Extensive research is then conducted on each item’s style and brand, which includes side-by-side comparisons and critical examination of each aspect. Our pre-loved items will usually show minor signs of wear indicative of age. That is why we inspect each item carefully and note any noticeable flaws in the description and reveal them through photos. All items are described to the best of our ability, and we try to stress any possible defects even if they are minor. However, colour variations can occur due to differences in reproductions and monitor representations. Please contact us if you have any questions. We will provide you with more photos of the item to help you make your final decision.
