TERMS & CONDITIONS
These general terms and conditions govern all use of Labellov.com and in particular the product offers and sales on this website.
When you visit this website or buy a product on it, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
A binding sale between you as consumer and labellov.com as seller, governed by these terms and conditions, is concluded when you place an order on this website.
Your order shall be deemed placed when you complete the final step of the order process by clicking on “submit order”.
If happens that a product that you ordered is not available, we will inform you.
We ensure shopping at labellov is as secure as shopping in store. We work with Mollie.
After you submit your order, you will be referred to the secure payment page of our website and will be requested to pay for your order.
You will receive an electronic order confirmation on your screen and per e-mail when your payment has been made.
In case of a refund, we will credit the card or bank account of the person who paid for the products.
We are not responsible for fluctuations between the currency used for the initial payment and the currency of your credit card or bank account when the refund is made.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We made big efforts to make sure colors and descriptions of our products are as accurate as possible. However, please be aware that the image and color quality may vary from the actual product. Each item has a product description (color, size, etc) and digital photographs. All prices are in Euro and exclude delivery costs.
4. DELIVERY SHIPMENT
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email indicating your order tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. With this service you can track your order at any time.
At the moment of delivery and signature, responsibility for your purchased item(s) passes to you.
It takes 1-3 working days to deliver your order in Europe (excluding bank holidays).
If you are not present to take your delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card informing you how to rearrange your delivery.
We can not change the delivery address for a redelivery.
Orders are generally delivered between 8am and 2pm.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS - PLEASE NOTE:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. We accept returns on items within 5 days for money back. This period begins the day following the day that you receive your order. Items bought or picked up in store are not eligable for a refund.
Return requests will not be accepted after this period. If you have any questions with your product, please call 0032(0)3 216.44.42
Please allow 14 days from receipt of the return for the refund to be completed.
The return delivery cost is at your own expense. We recommend that you use a registered,
wellknown company, that provides proof of delivery (for example, DHL, UPS, TNT, DPD, registered delivery with acknowledgement of receipt, …)
PLEASE NOTE: All SALE purchases are FINAL SALE.
Please shop carefully! Returns or exchange requests on SALE merchandise will not be accepted. IMPORTANT !!
We will ONLY accept your return when you respect the following points:
• The safety tag is still attached.
• Each item is unused and bears no sign of wear
• The original packaging and paper is included and is in good condition.
For shoes and accessories, this means the box in which they were initially packed.
• The original tags and labels are attached and are in good condition
Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.

Each party shall have the right to cancel a sale in case of a material breach by the other party of these terms and conditions.
We can cancel a sale if you as a customer or if your payment is fraudulent.

All content on labellov.com is copyright and trademark protected.
It is not permitted to use, reproduce or distribute content from this website
7. APPLICABLE LAWS - JURISDICTION
This agreement between you and Labellov.com is governed exclusively by the laws of Belgium.
The Courts of Antwerp, Belgium and, if you are a citizen of the European Union, the courts of your place of residence will have exclusive jurisdiction.
If a provision of these terms and conditions is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
E-mail and Marketing messages. We use your e-mail address for our newsletters and e-mail marketing .You are able to unsubscribe at any moment. Labellov will never sell your details to a third party for marketing purposes.
Website Security We do everything to make shopping as secure as shopping in a store. We work with ogone to protect your payment when you order at labellov.com. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet.
Third parties ( such as couriers, banks, credit card service providers etc.) will only receive the information which they need to do their jobs. They will only be allowed to use your information for the sales agreement between you and us and they will not have the right to use it for any other purposes, unless you have given your approval. In case of fraud prevention verifications, we may transfer your information not only to the banks and credit card service providers but also to the official authorities. At all times where we disclose your information for the purposes of fraud prevention, it will remain secure.
