Delvaux has been manufacturing luxury leather items for royals and celebrities alike for over 150 years. It is no trifling matter to have a Delvaux bag in one's wardrobe. Delvaux is not only elegant and luxurious - it is a marque of quality and substance. This particular bag is the delightful Gelato - and it comes in shades of mocca and burgundy that are just about good enough to eat. The bag itself is constructed from Delvaux's famous Toile de Cuir. You will recall that Toile de Cuir is a fabric meticulously crafted from strips of different leathers (matt or glazed, smooth or nubuck, for example) woven together to form a unique fabric made exclusively to order for Delvaux. The Toile de Cuir is a rich, sumptuous fabric which gives the handbag excellent shape. It's zip fastener, complete with Delvaux woven leather zip pull, opens to reveal a hold-all shaped space.
