The following applies for all payments by credit card: refunds from returns will always be charged back on to the credit card that the original order was paid for with.
1. How do I return an item?
Item bought in-store: we do not accept returns on items bought in-store.
Online order: To return an item to us, please contact the Customer Care service within 3 days of receiving your item. You will receive a Returns Number and all postal information.

We recommend using an authorized postal office or courier service to ship the item back to us. Please remember to ask the postal office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. You will need to return any unwanted items at your own cost. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that we are unable to accept returns via post for any items purchased in-store.
2. I returned my order, how long will the refund take?
Please allow up to 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. Please note that some banks may take slightly longer to process your refund. Don't hesitate to contact the Customer Care service in case of questions.
3. Do I have to pay for returns?
Unfortunately we do not offer a free return service. All shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer. Please always use an authorized postal service or courrier to return your item back to us.
