  • Why shop at Labellov?

    Labellov sells unique vintage luxury goods from the world's most coveted designer houses including Hermès, Chanel, Delvaux, Louis Vuitton and many more.   • How do I place an order?

    1. Use the BAGS, ACCESSORIES, DESIGNERS and LIFESTYLE links to help you find what you are looking for. You can also shop by browsing our MAGAZINE or alphabetically by designer. 2. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, click on the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG button next to each item. 3. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the SHOPPING BAG link at the top of the page. You can use the REMOVE FROM BASKET link to delete items from your shopping bag. 4. Click on PROCEED TO PURCHASE to complete your order. You will be redirected to the check-out page.
  • First time orders

    For your security, please be aware that first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.
  • Are there sales or discounts?

    Labellov.com offers seasonal sales twice a year. To be notified as soon as our sale starts and of further reductions, click here.

    Register for a free account on Labellov.com and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits: • Track your orders and review past purchases • Build a customised Wish List to create personalized outfits that you can email to friends and family.   • I forgot my password, what now?

    If you have forgotten your password, click here to change it or follow the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD instructions on the SIGN IN page. For security reasons we are unable to send your password via email.

How to sell

  • How are my items priced?

    The Labellov team of experts make sure you get the best price possible for your item. Selling prices depend on the brand, the model, the condition of the item and the extra's. We base ourselves on current market prices, our experience and expertise.
  • How do I get my items to you?

    You are welcome to deposit your items at our showroom in Antwerp for an immediate validation. We are easily reachable by car or public transport. We also offer the opportunity to pick-up your item(s) at home. It is mandatory to schedule an appointment by mail or phone or by filling out the consignment form. Labellov also hosts seasonal events (pop-ups, collaborations…) where you can drop off your items. Find out about all the ways to sell your items here.

  • How can I sell?

    Showroom: come to us

    Bring your items to our showroom for an immediate validation. Our experts will review each item and give you a price estimate. The selected items are authenticated, photographed and placed online from our offices. The item will go on sale for a period of 6 months, after which it will be reduced in price and placed in the sale section. Labellov takes care of the shipping and handling of each item, and you will be paid out after the return period has passed.

    Please note: Labellov does not store all the bags and accessories in their showroom. Please make an appointment if you want to see a particular bag.

    Pick-up service: we come to you

    Labellov offers a personal pick-up service for certain brands and bag types. Please schedule an appointment by phone or email. Extensive descriptions and/or detailed pictures of the items may be required before validating for a pick-up appointment.

    Pop-up shops

    Labellov hosts seasonal events where you can drop off your bags and accessories. You will be provided with a contract and inventory list of the items you bring in for consignment. These drop-off points are hosted in collaboration with Belgium’s finest high-end stores and events. For a list of upcoming dates and places, please visit the events page.

  • How does Labellov authenticate?

    We value authenticity in the highest form and make sure every item is authenticated. We have a team of in-house experts who verify the authenticity of each item. If an item does not meet the expected standards, we will not accept the item. The authentication process exists out of different steps. We look at materials, workmanship, details, logos, serial codes, brand stamps... We do extensive research and make sure every item is subject to this research. 

  • What will I earn?

    Labellov offers an all-inclusive service for your items. We do the work, you get paid.

    Commission:

    items with a selling price > €300 you receive 50%
    selling price between €300 - €2000 you receive 60%
    items with a selling price < €2000 you receive 70%

    Payouts are done afte an item has been sold and the mandatory returns period has expired. We pay out through bank transfer or in store credit.

  • What is the length of the consignment period?

    Items can stay in consignment for a period of 6 months. This means that we keep the item in our possession for a period of 6 months. With our effective merchandising and market reach, 80% of our items are sold within 30 days

    Our delivery options may vary depending on your location. View what's currently available for you at checkout.

    • Next-day delivery with DHL Express (within Europe)
    • DHL delivery (outside of Belgium)

     

  • How long does shipping take?

    Every order is shipped from the Labellov Headquarters in Antwerp, Belgium. We offer next-day delivery with DHL Express for orders within Europe. Please view in the check-out which options are available for your location.

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your personal tracking code so you can follow the journey of your parcel.

Returns

  • How do I return an item?

    To return an item to us, please contact the Customer Care service within 3 days of receiving your item. You will receive a Returns Number and all postal information. Please use the following address for all your returns:

    We recommend using an authorized postal office or courier service to ship the item back to us. Please remember to ask the postal office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. You will need to return any unwanted items at your own cost. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that we are unable to accept returns via post for any items purchased in-store.

  • I returned my order, how long will the refund take?

    Please allow up to 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. Please note that some banks may take slightly longer to process your refund. Don't hesitate to contact the Customer Care service in case of questions.
  • Do I have to pay for a return?

    At the moment we do not offer a free return service. All shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer. Please always use an authorized postal service or courrier to return your item back to us.

  • Do I need an account to place an order?

    No, you can shop at Labellov.com without creating an account. However, register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

    • Track your orders and review past purchases

  • How do I buy a gift card?

    You can buy a Labellov gift card in Euros (EUR) by following these steps:

     

    o Select GIFTCARD from the bottom navigation menu or click here.

    o Decide whether you would like to purchase a printed or virtual gift card. Printed gift cards are shipped in Labellov signature packaging, and virtual gift cards are emailed directly to the recipient.

    o Choose the amount, enter the recipient's name (and email address for virtual gift cards), include a personal message, and then add the gift card to your shopping bag

    o You will be notified by email as soon as your printed or virtual gift card has been dispatched To purchase multiple printed gift cards and have them shipped to different addresses, you will need to repeat the purchasing process and pay the shipping charges for each address the printed gift card is sent to.
