1. Use the BAGS, ACCESSORIES, DESIGNERS and LIFESTYLE links to help you find what you are looking for. You can also shop by browsing our MAGAZINE or alphabetically by designer. 2. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, click on the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG button next to each item. 3. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the SHOPPING BAG link at the top of the page. You can use the REMOVE FROM BASKET link to delete items from your shopping bag. 4. Click on PROCEED TO PURCHASE to complete your order. You will be redirected to the check-out page.

For your security, please be aware that first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.

You are welcome to deposit your items at our showroom in Antwerp for an immediate validation. We are easily reachable by car or public transport. We also offer the opportunity to pick-up your item(s) at home. It is mandatory to schedule an appointment by mail or phone or by filling out the consignment form. Labellov also hosts seasonal events (pop-ups, collaborations…) where you can drop off your items. Find out about all the ways to sell your items here.

Showroom: come to us

Bring your items to our showroom for an immediate validation. Our experts will review each item and give you a price estimate. The selected items are authenticated, photographed and placed online from our offices. The item will go on sale for a period of 6 months, after which it will be reduced in price and placed in the sale section. Labellov takes care of the shipping and handling of each item, and you will be paid out after the return period has passed.

Please note: Labellov does not store all the bags and accessories in their showroom. Please make an appointment if you want to see a particular bag.

Pick-up service: we come to you

Labellov offers a personal pick-up service for certain brands and bag types. Please schedule an appointment by phone or email. Extensive descriptions and/or detailed pictures of the items may be required before validating for a pick-up appointment.

Pop-up shops

Labellov hosts seasonal events where you can drop off your bags and accessories. You will be provided with a contract and inventory list of the items you bring in for consignment. These drop-off points are hosted in collaboration with Belgium’s finest high-end stores and events. For a list of upcoming dates and places, please visit the events page.

Consign with us

We value authenticity in the highest form and make sure every item is authenticated. We have a team of in-house experts who verify the authenticity of each item. If an item does not meet the expected standards, we will not accept the item. The authentication process exists out of different steps. We look at materials, workmanship, details, logos, serial codes, brand stamps... We do extensive research and make sure every item is subject to this research. 

Labellov offers an all-inclusive service for your items. We do the work, you get paid.

Commission:

items with a selling price < €300	you receive 50%
selling price between €300 - €2000	you receive 60%
items with a selling price > €2000	you receive 70%
items with a selling price > €6000	price based on mutual agreement

Payouts are done afte an item has been sold and the mandatory returns period has expired. We pay out through bank transfer or in store credit.

Items can stay in consignment for a period of 6 months. This means that we keep the item in our possession for a period of 6 months. With our effective merchandising and market reach, 80% of our items are sold within 30 days

The Labellov team of experts make sure you get the best price possible for your item. Selling prices depend on the brand, the model, the condition of the item and the extra's. We base ourselves on current market prices, our experience and expertise.

Artikel 1. Algemene bepalingen
“Consignatie”: het leveren van goederen van de Verkoper aan LABELLOV, die deze goederen pas moet betalen aan de Verkoper als LABELLOV ze werkelijk verkoopt.

Deze voorwaarden bevatten de volledige algemene voorwaarden en overeenstemming tussen beide Partijen met betrekking tot de consignatie en vervangt alle vorige voorwaarden of afspraken, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling, met betrekking tot hetzelfde onderwerp die nog steeds van kracht zijn tussen de partijen. Elke aanpassing aan deze voorwaarden, net als uitbreidingen of weglatingen kan enkel middels een geschrift en de wederzijdse toestemming van de Partijen.

Indien de werking of geldigheid van één of meerdere van bovenstaande bepalingen van de consignatievoorwaarden in het gedrang komt, zal dit geen gevolg hebben op de werking of geldigheid van de overige bepalingen van de consignatievoorwaarden. Partijen zullen in dat geval een nieuwe bepaling of bepalingen vaststellen, die zoveel als rechtens mogelijk met de bedoeling van de oorspronkelijke voorwaarden overeenstemt.

 

Artikel 2. Voorwerp
Verkoper verbindt zich ertoe authentieke goederen te leveren aan LABELLOV zonder dat LABELLOV onmiddellijk gehouden is Verkoper te betalen. Tijdens de duur van de terbeschikkingstelling blijven de authentieke goederen eigendom van de Verkoper. Verkoper verkoopt de authentieke goederen pas aan LABELLOV als LABELLOV de goederen verkoopt aan een derde. De goederen worden enkel in consignatie genomen. LABELLOV verbindt zich niet tot aankoop van de goederen.

LABELLOV verbindt zich ertoe zich in te spannen een koper voor authentieke goederen te vinden en authentieke goederen zo snel mogelijk te kopen van Verkoper indien hij een derde koper vindt. In het geval dat een goed wordt herroepen, zal het Item zo snel mogelijk weer te koop aangeboden worden op onze webshop www.labellov.com.

De goederen worden geacht ter beschikking te staan van LABELLOV vanaf de levering in het magazijn van LABELLOV tot het ogenblik van de verkoop of bij herroeping, tot het ogenblik dat ze het magazijn van LABELLOV verlaten.

 

Artikel 3. Duur en beëindiging
De producten worden ter beschikking gesteld voor een periode van 6 maanden vanaf de dag waarop de Verkoper het consignatieformulier ondertekent. Op het einde van de periode kan elke partij beslissen de terbeschikkingstelling van de authentieke goederen te beëindigen door dit product terug te vorderen, respectievelijk terug te bezorgen. Het tussentijds terugvragen van items door de Verkoper kan enkel door een betaling van €50 administratiekosten / item aan LABELLOV. Beeldmateriaal en beschrijvingen blijven steeds eigendom van LABELLOV.

 

Artikel 4. Eigen gebruik, aansprakelijkheid en verzekering
LABELLOV mag de goederen tijdens de terbeschikkingstelling niet aanwenden voor eigen gebruik. De goederen mogen enkel gebruikt worden voor demonstraties aan potentiële kopers.

LABELLOV moet de goederen bewaren als een goede huisvader. LABELLOV is niet aansprakelijk voor de schade en/of diefstal die tijdens de terbeschikkingstelling veroorzaakt wordt aan de producten en/of aan derden. Deze goederen bevinden zich derhalve op eigen risico van Verkoper bij LABELLOV en/of door haar aangestelde derden. De Verkoper kan een verzekering nemen aan de prijs van €5 per goed. In geval van diefstal ontvangt Verkoper 50% van het netto verkoopbedrag voor de Items waar een verzekering voor werd afgesloten.

Dit bedrag is exclusief verzendkosten.

Bij verkoop wordt het goed opgehaald door/verzonden naar de derde koper. Het  bedrag wordt  binnen 30 dagen na het verstrijken van de wettelijke herroepingstermijn van 2 weken tellend vanaf dag 1 van in ontvangstname van het goed door de derde koper overgemaakt aan de Verkoper, op het door de Verkoper opgegeven banknummer. Betalingen worden steeds uitgevoerd op de 28ste van elke maand.

In geval van niet verkoop binnen de consignatietermijn van 6 maanden kunnen de goederen opgehaald worden mits een betaling van €7 administratiekost per goed. Dit bedrag dient betaald te worden voor afhaling van de goederen. De Verkoper kan, indien gewenst, de professionele foto’s verkrijgen van zijn goederen via mail. Indien de goederen niet worden afgehaald voor het verstrijken  van de 7de maand kan LABELLOV hier vrij over beschikken. Het is aan de Verkoper om deze datum te respecteren. Verkoper zal geen expliciet bericht ontvangen bij het verstrijken van de consignatieperiode.

Indien een goed na 3 maanden niet verkocht werd wordt deze automatisch opgenomen in de verkoop aan een korting van 20%.

 

Artikel 6. Garantie + Authenticiteit
Verkoper garandeert dat bij het in consignatie geven van authentieke goederen deze niet gestolen zijn of namaak zijn. LABELLOV is dan ook gerechtigd elke niet-authentieke kopie of namaak te weigeren en desgevallend te vernietigen. Verkoper garandeert ook de goede werking van de authentieke goederen gedurende een termijn van 6 maanden.

De Verkoper van het goed staat garant voor de authenticiteit van het goed en draagt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid in geval van namaak of kopie. Indien Labellov of diens experten beoordelen dat een item namaak is, beschikt Labellov over het recht om het artikel te weigeren. In geval dat Labellov of diens experten  oordelen dat een item namaak is zal de Verkoper hiervan op de hoogte worden gebracht. Namaakartikelen worden op koste van de Verkoper teruggestuurd of vernietigd.

De Verkoper is verantwoordelijk voor het correct overmaken van persoons- en bankgegevens. Bij wijziging van deze gegevens dient dit meegedeeld te worden aan LABELLOV.

Artikel 7. Exclusiviteit
Verkoper verbindt zich ertoe het product op geen ander platform of via een ander kanaal te koop aan te bieden gedurende een periode van drie maanden. Indien de goederen bij de Verkoper blijven verbindt de Verkoper zich ertoe deze in originele staat te bewaren, niet te gebruiken en drie maanden exclusief via LABELLOV te verkopen.

LABELLOV is geheel vrij in de wijze waarop zij de goederen van Verkoper aan het publiek te koop aanbiedt via de website www.labellov.com, alsook om de goederen van Verkoper tijdens de consignatieperiode offline of op andere websites te koop aan te bieden.

 

Artikel 8. Statuut van de partijen
LABELLOV en Verkoper zijn zelfstandige partijen die hun onderneming geheel in eigen naam, voor eigen rekening en risico exploiteren. Deze consignatie voorwaarden kan geen relatie van vennoot, mandataris of eender welke band van ondergeschiktheid teweegbrengen.

Artikel 9. Toepasselijk recht en geschillenregeling
Deze voorwaarden worden beheerst door het Belgisch recht. In geval van enig geschil omtrent de uitvoering van deze voorwaarden wordt van de partijen verwacht dat deze alles in het werk stellen om een minnelijke oplossing te vinden.
Bij gebrek aan een minnelijke oplossing kan het geschil voorgelegd worden aan een centrum voor arbitrage en mediatie (zoals CEPANI) of een bevoegde rechtbank. De bevoegde rechtbank is de rechtbank van het gerechtelijk arrondissement waar LABELLOV haar zetel heeft.

Every order is shipped from the Labellov Headquarters in Antwerp, Belgium. We offer next-day delivery with DHL Express for orders within Europe. Please view in the check-out which options are available for your location.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your personal tracking code so you can follow the journey of your parcel.

Item bought in-store: we do not accept returns on items bought in-store.  

Online order: To return an item to us, please contact the Customer Care service within 3 days of receiving your item. You will receive a Returns Number and all postal information. Please use the following address for all your returns:

We recommend using an authorized postal office or courier service to ship the item back to us. Please remember to ask the postal office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. You will need to return any unwanted items at your own cost. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that we are unable to accept returns via post for any items purchased in-store.

Please allow up to 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. Please note that some banks may take slightly longer to process your refund. Don't hesitate to contact the Customer Care service in case of questions.

At the moment we do not offer a free return service. All shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer. Please always use an authorized postal service or courrier to return your item back to us.

You can buy a Labellov gift card in Euros (EUR) by following these steps:

 

o Select GIFTCARD from the bottom navigation menu or click here.

o Decide whether you would like to purchase a printed or virtual gift card. Printed gift cards are shipped in Labellov signature packaging, and virtual gift cards are emailed directly to the recipient.

o Choose the amount, enter the recipient's name (and email address for virtual gift cards), include a personal message, and then add the gift card to your shopping bag

o You will be notified by email as soon as your printed or virtual gift card has been dispatched To purchase multiple printed gift cards and have them shipped to different addresses, you will need to repeat the purchasing process and pay the shipping charges for each address the printed gift card is sent to.
