Shipping

Orders in the European Union are shipped via our courier DHL Express. All shipments that are sent by Labellov.com are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist. We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm CET (with the exception of Belgian public holidays). 1. Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum
2. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.
   Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
3. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.

Track your status

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer’s responsibility. Payment is usually collected at time of delivery.

Labellov.com may provide the international shipper with the product details, including cost, as well as customer name and address or other contact details, so that the information can be provided to destination customs or postal authorities, to the extent required under the laws and regulations of the destination country.
